Don't train to be skinny.. Train to be badass!! I don't worry about my weight & my weight doesn't change but my body shape does I'm Insulin Resistant (pre pre diabetes) so it is more challenging for me to lose weight Eating different foods over Christmas & a different routine all contribute to feeling heavier, bloating & energy levels feeling low I'm now back into a routine & back to my pre Christmas weight & simply feel better & fuelling my body for purpose Being fit & healthy is so much more than what you weigh 💜 #fitnessforlife #fitnessforhealth #wellbeing #wellness #mentalhealth #feelgoodfactor #dancehappy #goodvibes #bodyshape #fitologystudio

Today is an 'Emma' Day...Only did those things I needed to do, spent time with my Dog, enjoyed a dog walks & fresh air, caught up on some TV & just took some pressure off myself, no time restraints (yes I working tonight) but do things in my own time & work through my 'to do' list at leisure It's OK to say No, it's OK to look after yourself 💙 Allow yourself to have some time out in whatever way is good for you 💜 Clear your mind - let your body rest & then you are recharged & ready to go with a new outlook & plan 💛 Take a moment or two for yourself 💚 You cannot serve from an empty vessel 💙 Schedule a meeting with yourself #recharged #relax #wellbeing #wellness #mentalhealth #timeout #recharge #tlc #selfcare #fitologystudio

PUMP CLASSES - WHOOP WHOOP 💪 You want to burn calories!!??? Weights for women help us to burn calories for tone & not to get bulky!!
