Hey, I’m Vienna. I have always been very active and a love of all things fitness as an adult followed a passion for sports as a child. I did my first fitness qualifications and work in Gym Instructing and Exercise to Music following my Degree in Drama and Theatre Arts, then spent many years working in Dance Management before I made the move to full-time work in the Fitness Industry in 2014.
I am an Advanced Level Personal Trainer and have completed many courses including Exercise Referral, Adapting Exercise for Older People, Nutrition, and my Level 4 Diploma in Specialist Exercise ( Low Back Pain). I have a gym at home where I work with clients and I am also currently studying to be a Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Alongside this, I love teaching Studio Fitness Classes and can teach many styles including Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, and Bootcamp amongst others. I am fascinated by mobility and flexibility and lockdown gave me the opportunity to explore this further and so over this time I completed my training in Yoga Trapeze, Gravity Yoga, Breath Coach, and Mindfulness. I simply love a course!
Training, working, and studying keeps me busy but alongside this, I have a 2-year-old daughter and a giant Old English Sheepdog puppy, so there is never a dull moment.

I have been teaching Mat Based Pilates since May 2005 when I obtained the OCR Level 2 Certificate in Teaching Mat Based Pilates. In 2009 I qualified as an Advanced Instructor.
I also hold the following exercise and fitness qualifications:-
Fitness Instructor (Gym), Nutrition, Weight Management, Antenatal, Postnatal Exercise to Music, Specialist Chronic, Lower Back Pain, Studio Cycling, Nordic Walking, and Chair Based Exercise for the Older Person.
I have also attended a number of exercise and fitness workshops over the past 17 years to develop my teaching skills and knowledge.

Hi, my name is Aimee.
I joined the fitness world relatively late on as have been running my children's Performing Arts Group for the past 12 years.
5 years ago I became a licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor and have taught the fitness dance class in various health clubs, colleges, community centres.... and even in a pub!!!
I am currently looking at further possibilities in the health and fitness sector so am completing my Group Exercise to Music Qualification, Dance Fitness Qualification AND THEN Boxercise!!!!
I adore my job, working with people to improve their health and happiness, especially after a dance class when you just can't help but leave with a smile!!!

My name is Abi - I started my Fitness instructing journey in 2014 when my youngest child started school. Initially, I completed my Gym Instructing qualification and then Personal Training. I soon decided, however, that I would like to teach Group Fitness Exercise classes, so I undertook my Exercise to Music, HIIT, older adults, and Pre and Post-Natal qualifications.
I absolutely love the buzz of teaching Group Exercise Fitness classes. I like to make everyone feel welcome in my fitness classes and seeing the progress people make over time.
I have been married for 23 years and have 2 boys teenage boys.
I am addicted to buying fitness leggings....not a secret really!
