Clubbercise is great for all levels of fitness, if you are looking to get back to fitness then this is a great class to attend - if you need a rest you can just do the arms or legs - always options of levels Are you feeling nervous?.... Clubbercise is taught in a darkened room so great if you are feeling a little anxious....
