Since the campaign that we started in October 2022, I have now collected …….10,005 Bras - WHOOP WHOOP, we have smashed the 10,000 target in 2 1/2 years
That is an amazing amount that firstly, we have saved going to landfill and secondly helping a worthwhile charity
Recycle your BRA…. & raising awareness & monies for the AGAINST BREAST CANCER CHARITY 🩷
Our bra recycling scheme takes your unwanted or unloved bras & raises vital funds for pioneering Breast Cancer Research, the Bras will get recycled for the material or turned into new items
For every tonne of bras collected, Against Breast Cancer receives £700 to fund our research. With over 30 million women in the UK you could really help make a difference!

The NADA treatment model follows the five-point training protocol
The process involves the gentle insertion of up to five fine, single use, disposable needles into specific energetic points in the outer ear
The five ear points:
(1) Sympathetic – calms the nervous system and helps with overall relaxation
(2) Shen Men / “Spirit Gate” – reduces anxiety and nervousness
(3) Kidney Point – for calming fears and healing internal organs
(4) Liver Point – for detoxification, blood purification, and to quell aggression
(5) Lung Point – promotes aeration and helps clients let go of grief
The outer ear acts like a switchboard that sends impulses to the brain, which stimulate the release of endorphins, lowers stress and induces relaxation
During the treatment time the client may fall asleep, experience a meditative state or just feel calm and relaxed
In the 1970’s the NADA protocol was developed to help addicts with their recovery dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, irritability and cravings. Since then NADA protocol has been found effective for a wide range of conditions
Group Acupuncture is simple and effective. Individuals simply come in and experience the benefits of the acupuncture
Once the needles are administered for the NADA Five point treatment, you can then you can sit calmly for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the Cycle of Chi to complete

Hanging up my Trainers….👟
After 24 years in the Fitness Industry I will be hanging up my trainers and after 4 years of Fitology Studio I will be closing the doors on June 21st 2025
I trained in Auricular Acupuncture last year and simply love the treatment, it is an amazing treatment and a powerful one too, I have also started my Kinesiology Allergy Testing qualification and need some time out to complete the course
I will also be expanding my Holistic Therapies, including treatments of Oncology Massage, Scar Tissue work, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Chronic Fatigue Massage and many more
It is a super tough decision as you guys know how much I love my job and my job is a passion and I am super lucky to do a job I love – I have always said ‘I do my job for you and cannot do my job without you’
I have taught Zumba for 14 years and Clubbercise for 10 years and love anything fitness, dance and the power of music too … oooo and a bit of colour! #leggings
I created Fitology Studio to give people a safe place to work out, with no judgement and a studio purely of classes for everyone and everyone is always welcome – fitness is so much more than being fit, I pride myself in creating a community and connections too and Mental Wellbeing is top of that list as well
Some of my clients I have know for 24 years, celebrating Weddings, Funerals, Births, Divorces and everything between! I have met thousands of people in that time too
It is a great job but it is time to move onto something new but still with the Ethos of helping people
I am still here for a while so please keep coming to classes and support Fitology Studio

Booking is now live for Prostate Cancer Blood Screening Event at Fitology Studio
Now in its 4th Year of Fitology Studio hosting this event
Last year we sold out with 150 Men being tested – lets do the same this year!
I donate the use of my studio for free to support the Charity and raise awareness of Prostate Cancer
Mr Brother aged 47 was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer (one of the youngest Men to be detected with the Cancer through this process), he had attended one of the CHAPS Blood Screening events, He decided to have his Prostate removed & now no further treatments are needed, living a ‘normal’ life
Even if you are diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, it can be treated and monitored by regular Blood Tests
The Charity are working with the NHS to collect more information regarding the cancer and the end goal is for the test to be offered to a wider age range of Men, currently 65yrs and over on the NHS and yet some Men are still being refused a Prostate Cancer Test
Tuesday 3rd June between 5.30pm – 8.30pm
£35 per person (money goes to the cost of the Blood Testing)
It's just a blood test – you will be in and out with 15 minutes
