Hanging up my trainers..

Hanging up my Trainers….👟 After 24 years in the Fitness Industry I will be hanging up my trainers and after 4 years of Fitology Studio I will be closing the doors on June 21st 2025 I trained in Auricular Acupuncture last year and simply love the treatment, it is an amazing treatment and a powerful one too, I have also started my Kinesiology Allergy Testing qualification and need some time out to complete the course I will also be expanding my Holistic Therapies, including treatments of Oncology Massage, Scar Tissue work, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Chronic Fatigue Massage and many more It is a super tough decision as you guys know how much I love my job and my job is a passion and I am super lucky to do a job I love – I have always said ‘I do my job for you and cannot do my job without you’ I have taught Zumba for 14 years and Clubbercise for 10 years and love anything fitness, dance and the power of music too … oooo and a bit of colour! #leggings I created Fitology Studio to give people a safe place to work out, with no judgement and a studio purely of classes for everyone and everyone is always welcome – fitness is so much more than being fit, I pride myself in creating a community and connections too and Mental Wellbeing is top of that list as well Some of my clients I have know for 24 years, celebrating Weddings, Funerals, Births, Divorces and everything between! I have met thousands of people in that time too It is a great job but it is time to move onto something new but still with the Ethos of helping people I am still here for a while so please keep coming to classes and support Fitology Studio I am also here if you want to ask me any questions or need help re Fitness, Health, Illness – I am always happy to help Simply …….Thank you 🩷 Emma x Fitology Studio #fitologystudio
