CLUBBERCISE FITNESS CLASS IN IPSWICH
A CLUBBERCISE FITNESS DANCE WORKOUT IS IN A DARKENED ROOM. BY USING GLOWSTICKS FOR UPPER BODY WORKOUT TO CLUB TUNES WITH DISCO LIGHTS (NOT SUITABLE FOR EPILEPTICS)
The Clubbercise fitness class is in the dark and consists of Dance, Toning, and Fitness moves. All ages and fitness levels can do this class as the routines are high and low-impact options and are very easy to follow. If you love to dance, then this is the class for you....dancing with glowsticks to your favourite tracks and losing weight. What more could you want? Oh yes, having a laugh with other people in the class too!
Club Dance Tunes - Disco Lights - Glowsticks
You can work at your own pace and because we dim the lights, you haven't got to be worried if you haven't stayed with the routine. You can just catch up waving them glowsticks around and enjoying yourself. You will meet some great people and have a fantastic time.
Clubbercise fitness is really good for your mental and physical health. Everyone loves listening to music and this session will have you dancing and singing along. If you really want to get into this dance routine, why not come along.
Fitology Studio uses the trademark LED Clubbercise glowsticks for the Clubbercise classes, which are available to purchase from our online shop.
Not suitable for Epileptics due to flashing lights
Two monthly subscriptions are available to book live and zoom and plus we offer PAYG (pay as you go) options for both live and zoom too. Fitology Studio in Ipswich gets booked up very quickly as the studio only holds 16 spaces per session. Please remember to bring a bottle of water.
