BOOGIE BOUNCE

A mini trampoline exercise class - great for cardio, core and low impact on the knees, hips and joints 

The Boogie Bounce Trampolines have a bar handle at the front of the trampoline to help with confidence with the trampolines and for supporting the body - we can then use them to assist us in jumping too

Suitable for all levels of fitness

NB. A good sports bra and a 'Tena Lady' may be advisable - but the workout over time with help with pelvic floor strengthening 

Maximum weight on the trampoines 25 stone (158 kg) (350lbs)
